Our Programs
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri is the oldest, largest and
most effective youth mentoring organization in the State of Missouri.
We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for almost a century,
developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the
lives of young people.
National research has shown that positive relationships between youth and their
Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors have a direct and measurable impact on their
"Littles'" lives.
Our unique mentoring model works because of our commitment to partnering with
our parents and volunteers, other community organizations and schools. Our
partners offer help in different ways, but we share a common vision - to change
the lives of our children, for the better and forever!
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri matches children ages 5 through 17
with mentors in professionally supported one-to-one relationships. We have a
variety of programs designed to meet the needs of our volunteers and youth.
