Our key value at Big Brothers Big Sisters is accountability. Our focus on results has us constantly questioning the work we do and trying to answer tomorrow’s questions today. We invest in innovation as part of our promise to our Littles that We’ll Be Theresm. We want to offer them the very best opportunity possible. We engage the best and most creative minds inside and outside the agency to dream. Then we figure out how we can put our best ideas into action to achieve meaningful results. Of course, some ideas are more successful than others and not every idea comes to fruition but we have seen this process work again and again. The possibilities are endless when you take the time to really look at something and see the problem as an opportunity!
