Whether it’s a parent, teacher, coach or a friend, most would say ‘they’ve always been there for me.’ Well that is exactly what we promise our Little Brothers and Little Sisters - We’ll Be There.sm It takes many adults- parent, teacher, Big Brother or Big Sister, agency staff and donor- to fulfill this promise. We cannot commit to “fix it," but we can commit to “be there” – for encouragement and support.
Our mission and vision inspire everything we do! We know the real power is in the relationships so we work to surround our Littles with caring and supportive adults to inspire them and show them anything is possible.

Children need consistent and caring individuals in their lives AND supportive, structured and positive environments to grow up in.
We help our parents build positive and structured environments at home, bring different or even needed resources to our schools, classrooms and teachers and develop new community partnerships to ensure that neighborhoods are safe and supportive.

One day, all kids will wake up to a hot breakfast at home, walk down the street with adults cheering them on, schools with not have metal detectors, but inspired field trips and summers will be filled with family picnics and bar-be-ques.
