Empower the next generation of Black leaders.

Mentorship is crucial in any community to improve academic and professional outcomes, but it is especially important in the Black community. Many Black youth have experienced trauma and discrimination. Their experiences make it difficult to trust others, and having a Black mentor provides a sense of representation that is essential for identity formation.

  • Big Brother
  • Big Sister
  • Big Couple
  • Big Family

Expectations 

  • One-year commitment
  • 4 hours over 2 visits/month
